Our standard service area extends approximately 100 miles from Asheville, covering much of Western North Carolina, the Charlotte region, and Greenville and Upstate South Carolina. Planning something beyond that? Get in touch — depending on the event and location, we may be able to travel farther.
Travel within our immediate service area is included. Events farther from our home base may include a travel fee based on distance and event logistics. Any travel costs will be clearly outlined in your proposal.
Some events farther from Asheville may require a minimum booking amount due to the additional travel and logistics involved. We’ll let you know exactly what applies when you tell us where you're celebrating.
