Our cocktail menus are being developed in collaboration with Asheville’s renown The Crow & Quill, alongside locally crafted wines and ciders from Botanist & Barrel alongside a rotating selection of Western North Carolina craft beers.
From signature cocktails inspired by the season to wines, ciders, and beers made close to home, we’re creating a bar experience that feels connected to the place you chose to celebrate.

Behind the vintage Airstream is a professionally staffed, fully insured bar service designed to make things easy for you, your planner and your venue.
Our bartenders are ABC Certified, and Love & Libations carries liquor liability insurance. We’ll also help navigate the required ABC permitting and can coordinate the pickup and transport of beer and wine purchased for your event.
From Airstream access and placement to setup, service and breakdown, we coordinate the details so your bar service runs smoothly from arrival through last call.
Most Love & Libations bar experiences range from $3,000 to $6,000+, depending on guest count, location, length of service and the level of service you choose. Alcohol is purchased separately by the client, and custom cocktails and other enhancements can be added to personalize your event.
Love & Libations serves weddings, corporate events and private celebrations throughout Asheville and Western North Carolina, Charlotte and the surrounding area, and Greenville and Upstate South Carolina. Planning something a little farther away? Get in touch and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
North Carolina law requires you to purchase the alcohol, but our Beverage Concierge Service makes the process easy. We’ll help you determine exactly what and how much to purchase, and we can even pick up your beer and wine before your event.
Our Airstream bar is designed for celebrations of up to 150 guests, with staffing that increases with your guest count. Every event also includes dedicated bar-back support to keep service running smoothly.
An Airstream bar does more than serve drinks — it becomes part of the experience. Love & Libations combines a beautifully restored vintage Airstream with a full-service bar, an interior photo lounge that can be upgraded to a private VIP lounge, custom cocktails and thoughtful details that give your guests something to discover, enjoy and remember.
Because we have one Airstream and can accommodate only one event at a time, we recommend reaching out as soon as your date and venue are confirmed—especially for popular spring and fall wedding dates.
