Most Love & Libations bar experiences range from $3,000 to $6,000+, depending on guest count, location, length of service and the level of service you choose. Alcohol is purchased separately by the client, and custom cocktails and other enhancements can be added to personalize your event.
Our packages include the Airstream mobile bar, professional bartenders, mixers, garnishes, ice, bar tools and service essentials, plus setup and breakdown. You provide the alcohol, and we’ll help you determine exactly what and how much to purchase for your event.
Love & Libations operates as a dry-hire mobile bar, which means you purchase the alcohol and we provide everything needed to serve it. We’ll help you determine exactly what and how much to purchase based on your guest count and menu. For added convenience, we can also arrange to pick up your beer and wine before your event.
It depends on what you’re serving and where your event is being held. Many events serving only beer and wine do not require a special ABC permit, while events serving spirits generally do. We’ll help you determine what’s required for your event and walk you through the process. If a permit is needed, we recommend applying well in advance so everything is in place long before your celebration.
Absolutely. We’ll work with you to create a menu that fits your event, your tastes and your guests. Signature cocktails are one of our favorite ways to make the bar experience feel personal.
We staff your event based on guest count so service stays smooth and lines stay short. Events with up to 50 guests include one bartender, up to 100 guests include two bartenders, and up to 150 guests include three bartenders. Every event also includes dedicated bar-back support to keep the bar stocked, organized and running smoothly throughout your celebration.
Because we have just one Airstream and can accommodate only one event at a time, popular dates can book well in advance. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue and date confirmed.
Your date is reserved once your contract is signed and your 50% non-refundable booking payment is received. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
